Sign up for email communications

As part of our move towards digital communications, we’d like to send you emails instead of paper, when appropriate. Email is faster, safer, and better for the environment.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to give us your email address and sign up for digital communications. Just follow the simple steps below:

  1. Go to qinetiqpensionscheme.info/digital-signup
  2. Enter the following information:
  3. Your email address (we suggest a personal one instead of your work one, as it’s less likely to change over time)
  4. Your mobile phone number (this is optional, but it’s useful for us to have it)
  5. Your Unique ID, which we’ve previously sent you by post
  6. The first four characters from your National Insurance number

If you don’t know your Unique ID, you can contact the Scheme Administrator to request it.

When you press ‘Submit’, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you can know your information has been recorded correctly. Make sure you check your ‘Junk’ folder if it doesn’t appear to have come through.

If digital communications aren’t for you, we can keep sending you paper-based communications through the post. If that’s your preference, please let us know in writing by contacting the Scheme Administrator.
