Buck, the Scheme’s Administrator, was acquired by Gallagher in 2023, and officially rebranded in 2024. The administrator email address has now been updated to a Gallagher (AJG) address.

From now on, please use qinetiq@ajg.com to contact Gallagher.

Gallagher’s dedicated team remains the same and is ready to help if you need anything. If you’ve used qinetiq@buck.com to contact Gallagher recently, your query will still be picked up. The old email address will stay open this year to make sure nothing is missed.

Manage your pension online

Don’t forget to visit Member Portal to see the latest information about your benefits. It’s the easiest and most secure way to manage your pension online.

You can also access the Portal on the go by downloading the ‘Gallagher Guide’ app from the Apple or Google Play store.

How to register

If you haven’t registered, simply go to Member Portal and select ‘First time user?’, then follow the on-screen instructions. It only takes two minutes, and you’ll need your National Insurance number and Unique ID to hand. If you don't know your Unique ID, you can request it from Gallagher by emailing qinetiq@ajg.com
