Your pension app, previously known as Orion+, has had a facelift and a change of name: it’s now called Gallagher Guide.

The app still has the same functionality and provides access to your personal details, Scheme information and pension payslips if you’re a retired member. It’s an easy way to stay in touch with your pension wherever you are, 24/7!

You can download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play – just search ‘Gallagher Guide’ to find it.

The app uses your registration details from the Member Portal, so if you’ve already registered, you’ll be able to use your existing username and password combination. Please enter ‘QinetiQ’ in the ‘Client’ field when asked.

If you already had Orion+ installed on your device and your settings included automatic updates, the change to Gallagher Guide should have happened already. If you don’t have automatic updates turned on, you’ll need to go to your app store to update it.
