You can receive pension updates direct to your device. This doesn’t include your personal information, so it’s safe, efficient and helps the environment too.
You can check and amend your details to start receiving electronic communications by using the portal.
On your dashboard, go to the top menu bar or for mobile users tap the burger menu icon, select Do, then select profile settings.
Check that we have your most up to date email address, a back-up email is optional.
Please use a personal email address if you’re still with the company.
If you would like to receive Scheme and member communications electronically via email, select yes.
Or, if you would rather receive paper communications, select no, then select submit.
